Students..Stress..Strategies



A good sleep in the morning, a heartful meal in the afternoon, yummy yummy snacks in the evening, delightful dinner tonight, a complete day spent on the mobile, group calls, online games, photoshoots, chatting from morning to night..WAH..!! This is what heaven meant.. There are no worries, no tensions & no more pressure..Life of students is going in a smooth way..But, on one tragic day the government had announced the commencement & scheduling of the exams..SSC exams starts from July 10th & ends on July 15th, while IIT-JEE is scheduled on July18th to July 23rd across INDIA.

Generally, many of the students do not know consider this exam schedule..Some students study day & night end up with average marks..Some students prepare for exams before a week (or) two and here comes the most intelligent students who plan & implement their ideas smartly.. Now, all the happy days are over. Highly tensed about ur exams.? Wanna score high? Confused with your timetable.? Well..Here are some of the tips to be followed by students which makes them better in the examination point of view. 

TRAIN YOUR BRAIN:
As there is a long corona gap, basically we feel lazy to touch the books. Parents shout, sibling warns but students feel comfortable with online gaming/chatting,etc.. There exist many options to distract the mindset of the student..
 Here is a small secret to boost up the brain easily.. When you wake up in the day, start talking yourself about important activities of the day, make reading your subject books as the first one, and repeat it 5 times..We don't know what it drives by the end of the day, you will definitely read your subject books.. This talking should be in your mind, but not shouting loudly and disturbing others.. Even elders too can try this, figure out the most important activity and say it 5 times in mind and wait for the magic.. If you have done this well you have reached the step of your success.. Follow the strategy "Prepare Today, Enjoy Tomorrow". 

STARTING TROUBLE :
Everything got set now, what about how to begin? which subject to read? which topic to start with? Always go with the subject/ topic you find interesting (related to the subject). This improves the interest in your studies.. 

Make a rough timing of half an hour and strictly be away from your mobile & t.v, only at that particular time.. Once the time was set and mobile was away, start reading in a way such that each and every question in that concept can be answered by you even if you are in sleep.. After the completion of your first day preparation, highly important to note this..Do not share your preparation details with anybody unless they are trustable..Do not post the pics in Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.. this kind of publicity does not lead you to move further.. 

PREPARATION :
The most and important thing to get rid of laziness is done..Now let us move to another level of our mission.. Do not rely on a single subject daily, slowly increase the number of subjects and the time of preparation too.. 

Never count the pages while reading a topic, it may make you a counting master but not the master in the topic.. Always focus on the things which are to be done.. If you stuck somewhere while preparing, make a list of your queries and keep it aside.. Make a time table in such a way that all the subjects to be covered in a day with few topics.. If not split the total subjects into two days and focus on them.. A very important note again is to keep your mobiles away till the preparation was completed.. After the completion get clarified your doubts through your professors/seniors/friends/internet,etc..In this stage, you share the necessary things but do not show off..

PRACTICE :
The best way to overcome your stress, fear, anxiety,etc.. is PRACTICE.. Once the total preparation of yours was completed, never relax.. Revise the concepts for twice.. Go for the mock tests.. Practice previous test papers.. Practice is not the only thing to do, find out the mistakes where you have done, and do not repeat in the next test.. This kind of habit makes you feel confident.

Do not spend too long hours on your preparation, you may feel losing everything.. Balance your entertainment with studies so that you are not backward in any aspect..But, remember this thing they should not overlap each other.. Many of the students have good knowledge about everything, one-time graspers, toppers of the class fail due to not because of planning, but because of perfect implementation.. Whatever the plan you frame for, implement it at any cost, this kind habit always paves a way for success..Many students feel stress regarding competition..Remove all the things that lead to stress, believe that you are not less than any other..Be strong.. Make your success gossip around the world..I wish ALL THE VERY BEST TO THE STUDENTS for their exams..Just follow these tips to be one in the crowd..
