MOBILE ADDICTION

Recently, before lockdown, I have attended a marriage function that was hosted by the respectful lawyer in my colony..So, I am very much excited to witness their grandeur..They have made separate arrangements to colony people to reach the function hall..As soon as, We reached there, a classic and feel-good music in an open area welcomed us..It was really soothing, the cool breeze made me feel that we are going to step in the heaven..They have arranged good delicious snacks with hundreds in number..It took 45minutes to just have a look at what they are offering..Moving forward, we have entered the function hall, I was staring at something..Can you guess what it might be.? Is it the decorations.? No..Is that the wedding jewelry.? No..I was staring at the people in the function looking continuously into their mobiles..

Except the organizers, I have noticed many people busy with their mobile phones..Some of them are busy with their own business works, some are busy with chatting, some are doing TikTok's..Whatever the age may be, whoever the person may be, everyone is engaged with mobile phones and I returned home with a great disappointment. I have wondered, how people can lead such a mechanical life.. Are you continuously checking your mobile.? Scrolling your newsfeed 24/7.? Facing sleepless nights.?? Feeling more lonely.? Always trying to grab the attention of people.? If these things coincide with you, undoubtedly you are a victim of your mobile addiction..

In the previous years, there is no much dependency on mobiles..Only the youth used to be on mobile phones and parents used to say "keep your mobile away, keep your mobile away". As the years passed by, now both the parents & children are being on mobile phones..Now everything got online.. Shopping, Studying, Playing, Listening to Music, Watching serials, web series, Movies, cookery videos, Paying all kinds of bills, etc.. we are dependent on mobile. So, it is a bit hard to keep it away..

Smart Phone is of-course a great invention by human..Besides its huge advantages, let us know what we are missing..People who are somewhere in the world can easily be connected, but the ones right beside you cannot even share their happiness with you.. More addicted to their mobile, the more lonely they are..It indirectly steals their mental peace, gives you eye-related issues, sleepless nights, it deviates concentration on studies, affects your physical health, etc... Mostly they become introverts..They want to share something but they do not know how to share & whom to share.. Smartphones have really reduced our common sense.. Kids(or) youngsters waste their time by playing games, but the elders waste their time by arguing with someone in social media who do not even know each other..

There are many things besides using mobile phones..This addiction cannot be reduced in a single day, but slowly & gradually we can overcome this..Firstly try to be away from mobile for half an hour & increase the time on a daily basis...In the meantime, we can play with kids, read some knowledgeable books, play games with your family without the internet, Spare the time for your loved ones, go walking in the evening times on your terrace,etc.. Hangout with some people who let you forget about your mobile.. Addiction makes you blind to your reality.. Keep your mobile away while eating and before you sleep, stop checking continuously even there are no notifications..

Happiness with real-time friends cannot match with any social media friendship.. Do not let your mobile to replace your family.. If you are well aware when to & when not to use your mobile then you are a person with good mental stability, good sense of humor, always energetic, optimistic, and creative.. You are living in a perfect manner that has liveliness in your daily routine.. So, let us make our lives happier, healthier & more easier.. Start living in a smart way with less usage of smartphones & you are going to witness the impossible things which can be done by yourself.. "STOP BEING ADDICTED & START ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS."
